We update data on the H1BIndex platform periodically strictly adhering to when the USCIS, US Department of Labor (DOL), and OFLC release public disclosure records. We do not interpolate gaps; we ingest exact federal data. Below is the typical release cadence:
- US Department of Labor (DOL): Releases LCA and PERM data quarterly. They typically publish records approximately 30 to 45 days after the federal quarter ends. (e.g., Q1 ending Dec 31st is usually released in February).
- USCIS (Approvals/Denials): Releases comprehensive adjudication data once a year. This massive dataset is typically published between January and February following the close of the federal fiscal year.
- OFLC (Prevailing Wages): The DOL releases newly calculated geographic prevailing wage data annually, generally updating their ledgers at the end of June for the upcoming fiscal year.
