1. The Data Review Process

H1BIndex programmatically aggregates public disclosures filed with the United States Department of Labor. Because this data is derived directly from government ledgers, the baseline numbers (such as application volume and stated prevailing wages) are considered public fact.

However, we recognize that clerical errors occur during federal filing processes, or a corporate entity may undergo a merger that alters their true labor footprint. We provide this formal dispute portal to allow authorized corporate representatives and retained legal counsel to request a manual review and potential correction of their entity's data profile.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We review all formal disputes with strict administrative diligence. Upon submitting a completed dispute form with corroborating evidence, our data engineering team will cross-reference your claims against the raw federal ledgers.

• Standard Review Timeline: Please allow 14 to 21 business days for a comprehensive data audit to be completed.
• Priority Routing: Submissions originating from a verifiable corporate email address (e.g., [email protected]) are automatically prioritized over submissions from temporary or generic domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo).

3. Acceptable Evidence

H1BIndex will not alter or suppress public data based on subjective preferences or a desire to improve an algorithmic "H1BIndex Grade." Alterations require factual discrepancy.

To ensure a successful dispute, you must provide clear documentation demonstrating that the federal record we are displaying is structurally incorrect. Acceptable evidence includes certified DOL case numbers (I-200 / ETA Form 9035), official notices of corporate dissolution, or documented proof of a systemic federal reporting error.
